KETKUJEN
pronounced as "KET-KU-JEN", meaning heavenly choir. It was formed in 2000.

They basically sing church songs that are usually associated with Mass, Praising, and Entertaining and sing in many different languages such as, their own mother tongue, Arabic (Sudan National language), Swahili (Kenya and Tanzania National language), other Sudanese ethnic groups, and finally with ESL (English as a second Language).

They are also rhythmically accustomed to moving or dancing while singing. In many African Churches, you will find them dancing to the tunes of the music in the church, thus making their church's services really enjoyable and uplifting.

Their mission is to deliver this wonderful experience to North Americans. They wish to educate us on how Africans serve and praise GOD. They want to share with people here the beauty of their own music.
